Fees

Our fee structure is simple. It depends on each individual case and the process is as follows:

 

On receipt of full written instructions supported by legible copies of all reading background papers, for example (social service reports, medical records, witness statements, court reports), an estimate of costs will be provided for the number of hours of work involved to carryout reading background papers, assessing the client and preparation of the report.

 

Travel to location will be based on half the hourly rate. A mileage fee is chargeable for journeys taken.

 

Once confirmation of the fee structure and work plan, have been agreed with the instructing professional, the expert witness can proceed with the case.

 

There are no hidden charges or expenditure without your prior approval.
